Roswitha trained in Europe and has been with Total Fitness for six years. Her specialties include deep tissue, Ayurveda, Swedish, and other modalities including spa services and reflexology.

Darcy’s specialties are massage microderm abrasion and chemical peels. Darcy has advanced training in prenatal massage, energy modalities, massage for athletes, and aromatherapy. Darcy has been with Total Fitness for 7 years.

Susan is a certified Hypnotherapist and a member of the American Board of Hypnotherapy. Susan specializes in Stress Reduction, Goal Acheivement, Weight & Diet Control, Smoking Cessation, Sports Performance, Pain Management and MUCH MUCH MORE.

Larry is board certified by the National Council for the Certification of Acupuncturist. Larry incorporates both traditional and modern needleless techniques. He also offers diet and herbal therapy.

Tara received her BS in Nursing from the University of Rochester. After working in various hospital settings she decided to use her knowledge of healthcare through a more preventative approach. Tara believes in emphasizing illness prevention as opposed to emphasizing disease treatment. She has been teaching Group Exercise classes and Personal Training for the past several years. She is a Certified Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant as well as a Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist through the American Council on Exercise,and a Certified Health & Wellness Coach/Facilitator through the nationally accredited Circle of Life Wellness Program.

Pete Koulianos has been cutting and styling men’s and women’s hair for over 30 years and has been at Total Fitness for over 9 years. Pete offers a full service salon with cut, style and coloring.
