Here is our newly renovated pool area. A great place to do laps, water group exercise classes, or learn to swim with the Seal
Swim School in our heated Jr. Olympic pool. It's also a great place to relax and soak up some rays with your friends.

This is our Main Building exercise area. This is where most people learn to exercise properly. Richard has a desk in this main
area so he can make sure you are performing your exercises properly. We'll give you an exercise routine customized to meet your
goals. We'll walk you through your routine and then keep an eye on you to make sure you are meeting your goals!

For you folks that love cardio, we've got plenty of equipment for you! This is our cardio room with plenty of treadmills, elipticals,
upright bikes and recumbent bikes.

Only have 30 minutes to workout? No problem. Check out our 30 minute STRIVE CIRCUIT. It's a total body strength training workout
for folks with limited time. Great for a lunchtime workout!
